Oklahoma Closing & Title Services opened in 1980, offering real estate closing and escrow services. The business sold in 2000 and is now owned by Larry and Danita Witt. In addition to closing and escrow services, the company offers title insurance, 1031 tax exchange services, and has an attorney, Matt Devlin, on staff. One of its family companies, Oklahoma Abstract & Title, has been serving the abstract needs of Payne County for more than 100 years. Between the two companies, there are 26 employees, with most being with the company for 15 plus years.

A New Office Coming 2021!
Larry and Danita have been in the title business since 1986 and are committed to Stillwater and Payne County. They are in the process of building a new office at 614 S. West St. to better accommodate the needs of their customers. The new office will have ample parking and more closing spaces, allowing for a better customer experience. The projected completion date for the new office in Spring 2021. "We are really excited to share this with all our friends and customers," Witt said.

OCTS believes in giving back to the community in as many ways as possible. They are members of the Stillwater Chamber of Commerce, Frontier Rotary Club, Stillwater Board of Realtors, Stillwater Homebuilders Association, Oklahoma Land Title Association, and American Land Title Association. Larry and Danita are on the founding Board of Kickin' Childhood Hunger, a non-profit that helps feed kids in Stillwater and surrounding communities.
